WOW.. if you want a beautiful sunroom done by the experts .. look no further. We have never been more pleased with a building project. From the first contact with Bryan when he went out of his way to accommodate our request, I knew we went to the right place. The Prager company does outstanding workmanship and has great customer services. The framing is extremely sturdy and withstood Hurricane Irma when it was only partially completed (I must admit -- it was scary) and when things settled down, the project was completed without issue. They are hard working master craftsman.. we absolutely love our new addition -- the skylights .. the quality windows and the doors are amazing. I rarely stop to give feedback on companies because unfortunately most of the time -- the work is only "good" .. but I know I needed to stop and say THANK YOU to Brian - Mr. Prager -- and the work crews for a JOB WELL DONE.. This past spring I had PRAGER BUILDERS install a trellis roof over my lanai that I had designed myself. I knew the possibility that it might be a little challenging; complicated and as I found out from Bryan & Tim that it was not the typical layout nor something that they had installed in the past, but ... they were up for challenge! Fast forward ... 100%+ SUCCESS! Being the detailed/control freak that I am (so I've been reminded of often) I can't tell you how impressed I was/am not only with the quality of workmanship & materials but also I need to specifically call-out Tim. Tim spent the 1st day on the project asking me about my design, listening, questioning, confirming & laying out my vision to PERFECTION! My family was in the building business up in WI for 65 yrs so I know a thing or to not only about construction, & running a business but most importantly about professionalism & pride in workmanship. With all this said ... 1 last thing ... you won't be disappointed in partnering with Bryan & Tim on your next project. Don't wait ... call 'em now!

I used Prager Builders to build my 12x25 screen room on the back of my house. As other reviews mention, Bryan goes above and beyond in his estimate and was very clear about the quality craftsman ship his crew would later back up. Honestly, I was so satisfied with the quote I received, that I actually canceled the other estimates I had scheduled that day. Prager Builders handled everything and provided a superior product! I highly recommend this company!

The estimator that showed up, Brian, was very personable and had a strong memory for people, as well as jobs he’d done years ago. The quote they gave was in line with other companies, but unlike other companies they did not require 30% up front. Prager Builders also handled getting permits, HOA approval, etc. for me. Anyone looking to add a screen/sun room should look no further than Prager Builders. They were very competitive on price and the quality was uncompromising. The salesman was prompt, professional and very knowledgable. He helped us with the design and told us how to make the project look the very best. I found their workmanship to be exceptional. Afterwards, there was nothing to clean up...just a new room to enjoy. I wish they did more remodeling as I would hire them for any job.

I SOLICITED FIVE (5) SEPARATE BIDS FOR TAKE DOWN AND REMOVAL OF MY OLD SCREENED SUNROOM, AND THE BUILDING OF A NEW LARGER COMBO SCREENED SUNROOM AND GLASS SUNROOM. I SELECTED PRAGER BUILDERS FOR THE JOB, BECAUSE THEIR PROPOSED PLANS FOR THE PROJECT IMPRESSED ME THE MOST. THE FINAL STRUCTURE THEY BUILT TURNED OUT BIGGER, BETTER, AND MORE BEAUTIFUL THAN EVEN I HAD EXPECTED. I WAS IMPRESSED. I FOUND THESE PRAGER GUYS TO BE TRUE PROFESSIONALS OF THEIR CRAFT. VERY HIGH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP. NOTHING NEGATIVE TO REPORT; ALL I HAVE IS POSITIVE COMMENTS ABOUT THE PROJECT AND THE CREW. WOULD I CONSIDER USING PRAGER BUILDERS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE? I NEEDED MY BACK PORCH RESCREENED FROM WHERE MY DOGS RIPPED THROUGH IT TRYING TO GET OUT.THIS COMPANY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I CALLED AND THEY CAME RIGHT OUT AND RESCREENED MY WHOLE PORCH WITHIN MINUTES. THE SCREENS ARE STILL THERE EVEN WITH MY DOGS TRYING TO SCRATCH THROUGH.

I wanted to thank you for the beautiful porch cover that Prager recently built for my house. Just by looking at the structure you can see the quality of work. My dog is already loving the shade! All 140lbs of him! I have to tell you that I have never spoken with anyone who was as courteous and informing as you. You really have a way to make people feel comfortable with the project they have in mind and are able to answer any questions. I think Prager has a wonderful reputation and I can see why.
